Apply to muscles and joints, or areas on the back and shoulders that ache.

Ideal pre- and post-workout. 

Do not apply to the face, broken skin or sensitive areas.

Storage: keep at room temperature, out of direct sunlight with the lid screwed on when not in use. The balm will keep fresh for at least a year once opened. For longer shelf life, keep in the fridge.
