After leaving the British Army, Jonny founded Wake The King. A U.K. based company dedicated to transforming men into their optimal form using a combination of species specific dieting, unique training systems and a mental rewiring process that force heightened brain power and performance. Jonny lives in South West England with his wife Amber, his daughter Orla and their Irish Terrier Bertie. He was introduced to STAIT by his good friend Simon Moloney, and became part of the STAIT team after falling in love with the STAIT products and their effect on his performance and recommending them to all WTK clients to further enhance their transformation and performance.
